I love cooking and baking. I started at ground level, went to culinary school and reached the position of Executive Pastry Chef at a local Country Club.  After working there many years, I went independent and opened my own restaurant.  I started the business because I love serving people. I take pride in cooking and serving the best healthy foods.  Customer favorites are my sandwiches, hamburgers, salads and deserts.  I use only the freshest ingredients.  My passion in cooking is using many food options.  I love serving food with an exquisite presentation using fruit colors, deserts and breads.
